Order Cancellation Terms:

  • Order cancellations can be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or the order confirmation, whichever is later.

  • Cancellation fee: 5% of the order total.

  • The product must be returned, whenever possible, in its original packaging and in new condition.

  • Once the cancellation is approved, we will issue a refund confirmation and notify your payment provider.

  • Cancellations or returns are not accepted for:

    • Perishable goods.

    • Customized or made-to-order items.

    • Products that can be copied, recorded, or duplicated if the original seal/packaging has been opened.
